Jelen tervezési feladat tárgya a budai fonódó villamoshálózat északi ágából kiágazó új Pacsirtamező utca- Szentendrei út- Kaszásdűlő HÉV állomás közötti villamosvonal tervezése, döntéselőkészítő dokumentumok elkészítése,valamint az építési engedélyezési és kivitelezési terveinek elkészítésén felül az engedélyezési eljárások lefolytatása, az építési engedélyek és minden további szükséges jogerős engedély, hozzájárulás és DeBo tanúsítvány megszerzése. Továbbá tervezői feladat a kivitelező kiválasztására irányuló ajánlattételi tenderdokumentáció (kivitelezési dokumentáció) összeállítása, a megvalósíthatósági tanulmány, valamint a környezetvédelmi hatástanulmány és előzetes régészeti dokumentáció elkészítése is. AK a projektet Keretmegállapodás formájában, a teljes tervezési feladatot több tervfázisra bontva, a tervfázisokra vonatkozó szerződések alapján kívánja megvalósítani.
