Keretszerződés megkötése országos közforgalmú vasúti járművek (21-90 és 31-90 sor. IC személykocsik) hőcserélő berendezéseinek javítására nettó 180.000.000,- Ft keretösszegben. Ajánlatkérő a szerződés hatálya alatt a teljes keretösszegből nettó 140.000.000,- Ft összegre vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. Várható mennyiség: 11 db. Az alap- és eseti javítási munkák részletes leírását a kiegészítő közbeszerzési dokumentum (KKD) részét képező műszaki leírás tartalmazza. Ajánlatkérő jelen felhívásban ill. a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban a mennyiségi adatokat tájékoztató jelleggel adta meg - a korábbi üzemeltetési tapasztalatok alapján -, a keretszerződés megkötését követően a ténylegesen megrendelésre kerülő mennyiség ezen várható mennyiségtől eltérhet.
