Description

De gemeente Ridderkerk heeft besloten om vernieuwbouw te realiseren voor CBS De Regenboog en incl. kinderopvang (totaal ca. 2.444 m2 BVO). De vernieuwbouw vindt plaats op de huidige locatie van CBS De Regenboog. De Opdracht betreft het door de Aannemers realiseren van de verbouwing en uitbreiding van IKC De Regenboog te Ridderkerk. De Opdracht omvat de renovatie van het bestaande gebouw (circa 1.515 m²) en de realisatie van een nieuwbouwuitbreiding van circa 1.014 m². De verbouwing en uitbreiding bestaat in grote lijnen uit: ▪ de sloopwerkzaamheden van de te slopen laagbouw; ▪ de interne sloopwerkzaamheden t.b.v. de interne verbouwing van de bestaande bouw; ▪ de realisatie van de uitbreiding; ▪ de realisatie van de interne verbouwing. De Opdracht is verdeeld in twee Percelen.
