De Aanbestedende dienst is op zoek naar 1 Opdrachtnemer om een Overeenkomst mee te sluiten die toeziet op de Opdracht “Koningswei te Tilburg, deelname Bouwteam en eventueel aansluitend realisatie inclusief 2-jarig onderhoud” voor de afdelingen Ruimte en Ruimtelijke Uitvoering van gemeente Tilburg. Het project Koningswei betreft de herinrichting van het Koningsplein in het centrum van Tilburg. Het bestaande overwegend stenige plein wordt getransformeerd tot een groen verblijfspark — een intensief groendak / daktuin op het dek van de bestaande parkeergarage Koningsplein. De Opdracht omvat twee fasen die in samenhang worden aanbesteed: Fase 1 - Bouwteamfase (Diensten) en Fase 2 - Realisatie- en onderhoudsfase (Werken).
