De scope van de opdracht omvat voornamelijk het uitvoeren van de volgende werkzaamheden: - Reconstructie- en herinrichtingswerkzaamheden - Verwijderen en vervangen van rioolaansluitingen - Vervangen kolken - Asfalt in rijbanen verwijderen en vervangen door nieuwe asfaltverharding - Onderhoud aan trottoirs - Vervangen parkeerhavens en parkeerterreinen - Vervangen van bomen in de Strausslaan en Mahlerstraat - Aanbrengen waterberging - Leveren en plaatsen van enkele speeltuintjes - Coördinatieverplichting t.a.v. raamcontractant Van den Heuvel v.w.b. straatverlichting. Niet in de scope aan werkzaamheden: - vervanging openbare verlichting (deze werkzaamheden worden separaat door de gemeente in opdracht gegeven bij Van de Heuvel. - onderhoud aan opgeleverde werkzaamheden Conform opgave in het bestek.
