Description
Scope van de opdracht • Levering van promotionele artikelen, zoals pennen, papieren tasjes, notitieboekjes (stonebook/correctbook), RPET-rugzakjes, lanyards, pepermunt, potloden (bijvoorbeeld met zaadjes). • Levering van promotionele kleding zoals t-shirts, polo’s, hoodies en bodywarmers. • Bedrukking of personalisatie van artikelen conform de huisstijl van Yuverta. • Het op voorraad houden van geselecteerde standaardartikelen. • Advisering over geschikte producten en duurzame alternatieven. Aanbestedende dienst verwacht gemiddeld € 250.000,- aan promotionele artikelen en kleding benodigd te hebben. Aan deze inschatting kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst is € 1.200.000,- voor de gehele looptijd. Opdrachtgever is gerechtigd de raamovereenkomst te beëindigen als voor het einde van de overeengekomen contractduur de genoemde maximale waarde is besteed. Opdrachtgever zal geen kosten of schadevergoeding verschuldigd zijn aan opdrachtnemer.
