The Norwegian Public Roads Administration invites contractors and suppliers to a market meeting 20 October 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at the Quality Airport Hotel Stavanger. The aim of the project E39 Smiene – Harestad is to build a new four-lane road that connects the E39 Rogfast tunnels with the existing E39 at Smiene (north of the Eiganes tunnel) and thereby contribute to a continuous four-lane and high standard road from Sandnes to Bokn. E39 Smiene-Harestad, includes i.a.: • 4.7 km of open air four lane roads, • Connection to the Smiene junction • New two-level crossings o Tasta junction o Finnestad junction and o Harestad junction • Three bridges of 98 m, 90m and 24m respectively. • Foot and cycle path • 400m Environment culvert • and related technical installations.
