Description
Background Troms County needs to establish a new framework agreement for the ongoing procurement of signs with accompanying equipment for the county road network in Troms. The framework agreement shall cover ongoing needs connected to ordinary operation and maintenance, replacement of injured or missing signs and temporary signs for road works, and contribute to more predictable and quicker access to signs covered by the contract. The objective of the procurement is to ensure uniform ordering routines, stable security of deliveries, products with documented quality and a more efficient ordering and follow-up process. The framework agreement shall allow the county to cover both planned and urgent needs in a proper and practical way.
