Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy mięsa i wędlin do Szkoły Policji w Pile. 2. Postępowanie zostało podzielone na trzy części: CZĘŚĆ NR 1 – WIEPRZOWINA I WOŁOWINA CZĘŚĆ NR 2 – DRÓB CZĘŚĆ NR 3 – WĘDLINY. Każdy z Wykonawców może złożyć ofertę na jedną część, lub więcej części zamówienia. Zamawiający dokona wyboru oferty najkorzystniejszej odrębnie dla każdej z części zamówienia. 3. Zamówienie realizowane będzie sukcesywnie: od dnia podpisania umowy, nie wcześniej niż od 1 marca 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027 r. lub do wyczerpania wcześniej kwoty łącznego wynagrodzenia brutto wynikającej z umowy. Planowane rozpoczęcie realizacji dostaw: od 1 marca 2027 r. 4. Zamawiający określa termin wykonania zamówienia datą, ze względu na fakt, że są to dostawy powtarzające się okresowo. Wskazanie konkretnej daty wykonania zamówienia pozwoli zachować ciągłość dostaw. 5. W nawiązaniu do art. 455 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość przedłużenia terminu realizacji umowy do 2…
