1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaciągniecie długoterminowego kredytu na pokrycie planowanego deficytu. 2. Kwota kredytu – 10.000.000,00 zł 3. Uruchomienie kredytu nastąpi w transzach od dnia podpisania umowy do dnia 31.12.2026 r., na podstawie dyspozycji płatniczych Zamawiającego, określających kwotę wypłaty. 4. Zamawiający wymaga, aby czas udostępnienia kredytu nie był dłuższy niż 2 dni robocze od dnia złożenia zapotrzebowania. 5. Ostateczny termin wykorzystania kredytu – 31.12.2026 r. 6. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do rezygnacji z wykorzystania części kredytu bez ponoszenia z tego tytułu dodatkowych kosztów. 7. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do całkowitej rezygnacji z zaciągnięcia kredytu bez ponoszenia z tego tytułu dodatkowych kosztów. 8. Spłata kredytu nastąpi z dochodów własnych Gminy w terminie – do 2040 r. 9. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość wcześniejsze spłaty kredytu, bez ponoszenia dodatkowych kosztów. 10.
