Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości 2.650.000,00 zł (słownie: dwa miliony sześćset pięćdziesiat tysięcy złotych 00/100) w jednaj transzy: I transza – 2.650.000,00 zł – 07.12.2026 r. z przeznaczeniem na finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetowego gminy na 2026 r. 1) Okres kredytowania: 12 lat i 1 miesiąc /145 miesięcy/ od podpisania umowy, z uwzględnieniem okresu karencji w spłacie rat kapitałowych do 29 marca 2027 r. 2) Pierwsza rata odsetkowa – 29.12.2025 r. 3) Pierwsza rata kapitałowo-odsetkowa w dniu 30.03.2027 r., a ostatnia 30.12.2038 r. 4) Spłata kredytu nastąpi w 48 kwartalnych ratach kapitałowych w latach 2027–2038 w następujących wysokościach: - w latach 2027-2030 (16 kwartalnych rat) po 25.000,00 zł, - - w latach 2031-2033 (12 kwartalnych rat) po 50.000,00 zł, - w latach 2034-2036 (12 kwartalnych rat) po 75.000,00 zł, - w roku 2037 (4 kwartalne raty) po 87.500,00 zł, - w roku 2038 (4 kwartalne raty) po 100.000,00 zł, łącznie z…
