Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa udzielenia długoterminowego kredytu z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie deficytu budżetu. 1. Wysokość kredytu: 9.000.000,00 zł (słownie: dziewięć milionów złotych, 00/100). 2. Podstawa zaciągnięcia kredytu: Nr XXXIII.158.2026 Rady Gminy Wólka z dnia 15 lipca 2026 r. w sprawie zmian w budżecie gminy i planie finansowym na 2026 r. 3. Zabezpieczenie kredytu: weksel in blanco wraz z deklaracją wekslową; 4. Skarbnik gminy będzie składał kontrasygnatę w umowie kredytowej oraz na wekslu oraz na deklaracji wekslowej. 5. Dzień postawienia kredytu do dyspozycji zamawiającego: w dniu podpisania umowy. 6. Sposób uruchomienia kredytu: w transzach, na podstawie pisemnych dyspozycji Zamawiającego o uruchomienie transzy kredytu, w wysokości i terminach uzależnionych od potrzeb zamawiającego. 7.
