Description
1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego dla Gminy Miasto Lubartów w wysokości 6 900 000,00 zł z przeznaczeniem na pokrycie planowanego deficytu budżetowego oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych kredytów. 2) Szczegółowe warunki zamówienia, w tym standardy jakościowe, o których mowa w art. 246 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp: 2.1) Charakterystyka kredytu: a) wysokość kredytu: 6 900 000,00 zł (słownie złotych: sześć milionów dziewięćset tysięcy, 00/100); b) cel kredytowania: pokrycie planowanego deficytu budżetowego oraz spłata wcześniej zaciągniętych kredytów; c) okres kredytowania ustala się na lata 2026-2036; d) spłata kapitału następować będzie w 120 ratach miesięcznych płatnych do ostatniego dnia miesiąca, począwszy od m-ca stycznia 2027 roku w następujących wysokościach: raty od nr 1 do 24 po 15.000 zł każda, raty od nr 25 do 72 po 60.000 zł każda (tj. 48 rat), raty od nr 73 do 84 po 65.000 zł każda (tj. 12 rat) i raty od nr 85 do 120 po 80.000 zł każda (tj. 36…
