Description
1) Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest zaciągnięcie długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w wysokości : 10 000 000,00 zł ( słownie: dziesięć milionów złotych ), 2) Uruchomienie środków z kredytu odbywać się będzie na pisemny wniosek Zamawiającego z 2 – dniowym wyprzedzeniem. Następny dzień po podpisaniu umowy będzie dniem postawienia kredytu do dyspozycji Zamawiającego. Kredyt będzie wzięty w terminie dostosowanym do aktualnych potrzeb Zamawiającego tj. w okresie do 1 miesiąca od daty zawarcia umowy, jednak nie później niż do dnia 31 grudnia 2026 roku. 3) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość niewykorzystania kredytu bez dodatkowych obciążeń finansowych, 4) Obsługa kredytu będzie dotyczyła faktycznej kwoty wykorzystanego kredytu. 5) Środki z kredytu bankowego będą przekazane na rachunek Gminy Koluszki.
