Description
4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w rozumieniu art. 69 ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. Prawo bankowe (t.j. Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 38 z późn. zm.) zaciąganego z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu powiatu na 2026 rok oraz na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek w kwocie 16.000.000,00 zł. 1) Kredyt będzie udzielony i rozliczany w złotych polskich. 2) Kwota kredytu wynosi 16.000.000,00 zł (słownie: szesnaście milionów złotych). 3) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość rezygnacji z dowolnej części kwoty kredytu. 4) Nominalny okres kredytowania wynosi 15 lat (2027-2041). W przypadku rezygnacji przez zamawiającego z dowolnej części kwoty kredytu harmonogram spłaty ulegnie zmianie. Nowe transze spłat oraz terminy zostaną uzgodnione pomiędzy stronami po dokonaniu wypłaty ostatniej transzy kredytu. 5) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość, w trakcie obowiązywania umowy, dokonania…
