Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego złotówkowego w kwocie 3 407 368,00 zł dla Gminy Lubaczów, zwanej dalej Zamawiającym, o następującej charakterystyce: a) Kwota kredytu 3 407 368,00 PLN (słownie: trzy miliony czterysta siedem tysięcy trzysta sześćdziesiąt osiem złotych 00/100). Uruchomienie kredytu będzie następować w złotych polskich (PLN), w formie bezgotówkowej poprzez realizację dyspozycji Zamawiającego b) Przeznaczenie kredytu: • spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek w kwocie 1 964 088,00 zł, • finansowanie planowanego deficytu w kwocie 1 443 280,00 zł. c) Okres kredytowania: od dnia zawarcia umowy do 31.12.2038 r. d) Zabezpieczenie spłaty kredytu stanowić będzie wyłącznie weksel in blanco wraz z deklaracją wekslową, z kontrasygnatą Skarbnika Gminy na tych dokumentach. 3.1.
