4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi polegające na udzieleniu i obsłudze kredytu bankowego długoterminowego na częściowe sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Stanisławów w 2026 r w wysokości 2 000 000 zł w związku z realizacją zadań inwestycyjnych gminy 4.2. Okres kredytowania: od dnia zawarcia umowy do dnia 30 września 2036 roku 4.3. Termin wykorzystania kredytu: od dnia zawarcia umowy do dnia 31 grudnia 2026 r. 4.4. Spłata kapitału wg załączonego harmonogramu 4.5. Spłata odsetek miesięczna, na ostatni dzień każdego miesiąca, na podstawie zawiadomienia z banku o wysokości naliczonych odsetek w terminie 7 dni przed datą płatności. Termin rozpoczęcia spłaty odsetek ustala się na dzień 31 grudnia 2026 r. 4.6. Oprocentowanie wg zmiennej stopy procentowej oferowanej przez Bank na dzień 31 sierpnia 2026 roku.
