Description
4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie Gminie Bychawa kredytu długoterminowego w kwocie 4 818 000,00zł na sfinansowanie deficytu budżetu gminy i spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań. 4.2. Szczegółowe warunki zamówienia, w tym wymagania jakościowe, o których mowa w art. 246 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp: 1) Wartość kredytu do kwoty 4 818 000,00 PLN Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość zmniejszenia wysokości udzielonego kredytu - minimalna kwota kredytu 1 000 000,00 PLN. W przypadku zmniejszenia wysokości kredytu wymagane jest proporcjonalne obniżenie rat kredytu spłacanych przez Zamawiającego. 2) Kredyt zostanie postawiony do dyspozycji Zamawiającego, po podpisaniu umowy. 3) Kredyt zostanie wykorzystany do 30 grudnia 2026 r. („na żądanie”) tj. na podstawie pisemnej dyspozycji Zamawiającego złożonej na 1 dzień roboczy przed dniem przekazania środków z kredytu na rachunek Zamawiającego. 4) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo uruchomienia kredytu w jednej lub kilku transzach, w zależności od…
