1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego złotówkowego w kwocie 5.000.000,00 zł (słownie: pięć milionów złotych 00/100) na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu w 2026 roku) 2. Kredyt bankowy w kwocie 5 000 000,00 zł. 3. Okres kredytowania – od dnia zawarcia umowy kredytowej do 23.12.2036 r. 4. Realizacja kredytu – jednorazowo w terminie min. 1 dnia, max 3 dni roboczych od dnia podpisania umowy, po złożeniu pisemnej dyspozycji. Szacowany termin uruchomienia kredytu to 30.11.2026 r. 5. Karencja w spłacie rat kapitałowych kredytu do 22.03.2027 r. 6. Spłata kredytu od zaciągnięcia kredytu do 23.12.2036 r. 7. Spłata odsetek od kredytu w okresach miesięcznych po zawarciu umowy kredytowej. 8. Do naliczenia odsetek należy przyjąć kalendarz rzeczywisty. 9.
