Description
1. Wykonawca udzieli Zamawiającemu kredytu w walucie polskiej w kwocie 9 796 198,61 zł (słownie: dziewięć milionów siedemset dziewięćdziesiąt sześć tysięcy sto dziewięćdziesiąt osiem złotych 61/100 gr.) na warunkach określonych w umowie kredytu. 2. Zamawiający przeznaczy środki z kredytu na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Miejskiej Kłodzko w 2026 roku i spłatę zobowiązań wynikających z zaciągniętych kredytów zgodnie z art. 89 ust. 1 pkt 2 i 3 ustawy z dnia 27 sierpnia 2009 r. o finansach publicznych (t. j.
