Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego w kwocie 4.400.000,00 zł, o okresie spłaty - 10 lat tj. od 29.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2036 r. 2. Kredyt powinien być postawiony do dyspozycji Zamawiającego niezwłocznie po podpisaniu umowy i przesłaniu dyspozycji uruchomienia transzy drogą elektroniczną lub pocztową, nie później niż do 30 grudnia 2026 r. 1) Wypłata prognozowana w 3 transzach tj.: a) 1 transza 1.000.000,00 zł niezwłocznie po podpisaniu umowy, b) 2 transza 1.000.000,00 zł nie później niż do 15 grudnia 2026 r. z możliwością rezygnacji z transzy, c) 3 transza 2.400.000,00 zł nie później niż do 30 grudnia 2026 r. z możliwością rezygnacji z transzy. 2) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo wypłaty w transzach, o których będzie informował Wykonawcę z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem, zmian terminu, wysokości i ilości transz, w tym także niewykorzystanie pełnej kwoty kredytu z zastrzeżeniem, że część kredytu nieuruchomiona w terminie do 30.12.2026 r. wygasa. 3.
