Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na udzieleniu kredytu w wysokości 5.000.000,00 zł na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Ochotnica Dolna w roku 2026 oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań. 2. Główne warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia: 1) Spłata zaciągniętego kredytu wraz z odsetkami nastąpi z dochodów Gminy Ochotnica Dolna. 2) Rozliczenia między Zamawiającym a Wykonawcą będą dokonywane w złotych polskich [PLN]. 3) Wykorzystanie kredytu będzie następować w jednej transzy, w kwocie wskazanej przez Zamawiającego w pisemnym wniosku o uruchomienie kredytu, nie wyższej niż 5.000.000,00 zł, w terminie do 30 grudnia 2026 r. Uruchomienie nastąpi w terminie maksymalnie 2 dni roboczych od dnia złożenia wniosku.
