1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje udzielenie długoterminowego kredytu bankowego dla Gminy Lubomia w wysokości: 4000000,00 zł (słownie: czterech milionów złotych), na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetowego: 1) okres kredytowania: lata 2026 – 2034; 2) okres spłaty 8 lat, w latach od 2027 do 2034. Szczegółowy harmonogram spłat za-ciąganego kredytu stanowi integralną część niniejszej specyfikacji (załącznik nr 2 do SWZ); 3) kredyt winien być postawiony do dyspozycji Zamawiającego w dniu podpisania umowy, w formie bezgotówkowej przelewem na rachunek Zamawiającego w Banku Spółdzielczym w Gorzycach nr 26 8469 0009 0010 3408 2000 0001, na podstawie dyspozycji wydanej przez Zamawiającego; 4) dyspozycja przelewu kredytu powinna zostać zrealizowana w terminie 2 dni roboczych (decyduje data uznania rachunku bankowego Zamawiającego); 5) kredyt może być przelewany na rachunek Zamawiającego transzami od dnia podpisania umowy do 31 grudnia 2026 r.; 6) spłata kredytu nastąpi w 96 ratach…
