Udzielenie i obsługa kredytu bankowego długoterminowego złotówkowego w kwocie 3 800 000,00 zł. (słownie: trzy miliony osiemset tysięcy złotych 00/100) na finansowanie: 1. planowanego deficytu budżetu gminy w kwocie 2 398 000,00 zł 2. Na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań w kwocie 1 402 000,00 zł. Wykonawca stawia do dyspozycji Zamawiającego kredyt niezwłocznie po zawarciu umowy, jednak nie później niż do 30.12.2026 r. Spłata kredytu nastąpi w latach 2027-2040. Oprocentowanie kredytu będzie miało charakter zmienny i ustalane będzie według średniej stopy WIBOR 3M powiększonej o stałą w okresie kredytowania marżę. Wykonawca nie pobierze prowizji od uruchomienia kredytu. Średnia stopa WIBOR 3M będzie ustalana jako miesięczna średnia arytmetyczna stóp dziennych obowiązujących w miesiącu poprzedzającym okres, za który naliczane będą odsetki. Oprocentowanie kredytu ustalane będzie w ostatnim dniu roboczym każdego miesiąca i będzie ono obowiązywało przez cały okres miesiąca…
