1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: usługa udzielenia kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości 5 214 270, 00 zł (słownie: pięć milionów dwieście czternaście tysięcy dwieście siedemdziesiąt złotych 00/100), zaciąganego na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań Gminy Ropczyce. 2. Kredyt winien być dostępny w jednej transzy od dnia następnego od daty podpisania umowy do 31.12.2026 r. 3. Spłata kredytu nastąpi w terminie: od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2037 r. (okres 132 miesiące). 1) do 31.12.2027 r. – 50 000,00 zł, 2) do 31.12.2028 r. – 50 000,00 zł, 3) do 31.12.2029 r. – 50 000,00 zł, 4) do 31.12.2030 r. – 100 000,00 zł, 5) do 31.12.2031 r. – 100 000,00 zł, 6) do 31.12.2032 r. – 100 000,00 zł, 7) do 31.12.2033 r. – 150 000,00 zł, 8) do 31.12.2034 r. - 250 000,00 zł, 9) do 31.12.2035 r. – 1 000 000,00 zł, 10) do 31.12.2036 r. - 1 500 000,00 zł, 11) do 31.12.2037 r. – 1 864 270,00 zł. 4.
