Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego złotówkowego do maksymalnej wysokości 5.000.000,00 PLN z możliwością niewykorzystania pełnej wartości kredytu bez dodatkowych prowizji i opłat. 2. Kredyt w wysokości 5.000.000,00 PLN zostanie przeznaczony na spłatę rat kredytów i pożyczek w kwocie 5.000.000,00 PLN. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający wymaga realizacji zamówienia w terminie: do 31.12.2026 r. Spłaty nastąpią w latach 2027-2037. 5. Kompletna oferta musi zawierać: 1) Formularz Oferty, stanowiący Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ; 2) Oświadczenie Wykonawcy o braku podstaw do wykluczenia z postępowania oraz spełnianiu warunków udziału w postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia składane w formie Jednolitego Europejskiego Dokutemu Zamówienia (JEDZ) - zgodne z treścią Załącznika nr 4 do SWZ; 3) W przypadku Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia, dokument ustanawiający Pełnomocnika do…
