Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego na częściowe pokrycie deficytu budżetu gminy Osielsko w roku 2026 oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów: 1) Wysokość kredytu: 37.087.932,11 PLN (słownie: trzydzieści siedem milionów osiemdziesiąt siedem tysięcy dziewięćset trzydzieści dwa złote 11/100 groszy). 2) Kredyt postawiony zostanie do dyspozycji Zamawiającego w terminie do 7 dni od podpisania umowy. 3) Kredyt uruchamiany będzie na pisemny wniosek Zamawiającego w maksymalnie trzech transzach na podstawie dyspozycji Zamawiającego, w terminach i kwotach wskazanych przez Zamawiającego do dnia 18 grudnia 2026 r. Na potrzebę wyliczenia ceny oferty przyjmuje się założenie, że kredyt będzie wypłacony w jednej kwocie w dniu 18 grudnia 2026 r. 4) Zamawiający zobowiązuje się rozpocząć spłatę kredytu od 29.01.2027 r. i zakończyć do 31.12.2038 r. 5) Zamawiający zobowiązuje się rozpocząć spłatę odsetek od miesiąca w którym uruchomiono kredyt. 6)…
