Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa bankowa polegająca na udzieleniu zamawiającemu kredytu długoterminowego zgodnie z poniższymi warunkami: 1) Kredyt długoterminowy do kwoty 45.000.000,00 zł (słownie złotych: czterdzieści pięć milinów złotych 00/100). 2) Cel kredytowania – na pokrycie planowanego deficytu budżetu roku 2026 oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu emisji papierów wartościowych oraz zaciągniętych kredytów. 3) Okres kredytowania do 31.12.2040 r. 4) Uruchomienie kredytu nastąpi w transzach w ciągu maksymalnie 3 dni roboczych od dnia złożenia wniosku drogą elektroniczną lub w formie pisemnej przez Zamawiającego, w miarę zaistniałych potrzeb płatniczych. Ostatni wniosek o uruchomienie transzy kredytu Zamawiający może złożyć najpóźniej na 3 dni robocze przed końcem roku budżetowego, tj. do dnia 28.12.2026 r. 5) Transze kredytu zostaną przekazane na rachunek Zamawiającego prowadzony przez ING Bank Śląski SA o numerze 82 1050 1461 1000 0023 6464 4274. 6)…
