Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości 12 500 000,00 zł dla Gminy Tarnów na pokrycie deficytu oraz rozchodów budżetu gminy na 2026 rok na następujących warunkach: 1) Kredyt zostanie pobrany w transzach, których wysokość zostanie zgłoszona przez kredytobiorcę w pisemnej dyspozycji do uruchomienia transzy kredytu tzw. „na żądanie” , przy czym ostatnia transza wpłynie na rachunek bankowy nie później niż 31.12.2026 r. 2) Spłata kredytu w latach i kwotach: a) 2027 rok - 800 000,00 zł b) 2028 rok - 1 300 000,00 zł c) 2029 rok - 1 300 000,00 zł d) 2030 rok - 1 300 000,00 zł e) 2031 rok - 1 300 000,00 zł f) 2032 rok - 1 300 000,00 zł g) 2033 rok - 1 300 000,00 zł h) 2034 rok - 1 300 000,00 zł i) 2035 rok - 1 300 000,00 zł j) 2036 rok - 1 300 000,00 zł 3) Wysokość rocznych spłat kapitału może ulec zmianie w zależności od faktycznego wykorzystania kredytu i zostanie ustalona po 31.12.2026 r.
