Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie długoterminowego kredytu bankowego do wysokości 5.000.000,00 zł przeznaczonego na przypadające do spłaty w roku 2026 zobowiązania z tytułu kredytów zaciągniętych w latach poprzednich w kwocie 1.600.000,00 zł oraz pokrycie deficytu budżetu w kwocie 3.400.000,00 zł. 2. Okres kredytowania ustala się na marzec 2031 – grudzień 2038 roku. 3. Karencja w spłacie rat kapitałowych 51 miesięcy. 4. Spłata kapitału do 15.12.2035 roku (spłata w ratach miesięcznych). 5. Termin płatności pierwszej raty kapitałowej 15.03.2031 r. 6. Termin spłaty raty odsetkowej : do 15-go dnia każdego miesiąca następującego po miesiącu, za który zostały naliczone, płatność ostatniej raty wraz ze spłatą kapitału. 7. Raty płatne w okresach miesięcznych do 15-go dnia każdego miesiąca. 8. Wysokość rat: 1) rok 2031 - 10 rat po 50.000,00 zł; 2) rok 2032 – 11 rat po 41.500,00 zł i 1 rata po 43.500,00 zł; 3) rok 2033 – 11 rat po 16.500,00 zł i 1 rata po 18.500,00 zł; 4) rok 2034 – 11 rat…
