Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w wysokości 12.218.877,43 zł (kwota pozostawiona do dyspozycji kredytobiorcy), z przeznaczeniem na finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Powiatu Pleszewskiego. Zamawiający ma prawo nie wykorzystać pełnej kwoty kredytu bez ponoszenia żadnych związanych z tym kosztów. 2. Zamawiający określa następujące terminy spłaty kredytu: - 150.000 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2030 r; 150.000 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2031 r; 150.000 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2032 r; 150.000 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2033 r; 150.000 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2034 r; 150.000 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2035 r;150.000 zł – do dnia 31 sierpnia 2036 r; 150.000 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2037 r; 150.000 zł – do dnia 31 sierpnia 2038 r; 150.000 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2039 r; 201.375,43 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2040 r; 500.000 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2041 r; 350.000 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2042 r; 350.000 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2043 r; 337.502 zł do dnia 31 sierpnia 2044 r…
