Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie długoterminowego kredytu bankowego na pokrycie planowanego deficytu budżetowego w kwocie 3.725.937,97 zł zgodnie z uchwałą nr 298 /2026 dnia 11wrześniaa 2026 roku Zarządu Powiatu w Lipnie, w walucie polskiej na okres kredytowania wynoszący 180 miesięcy. a) Bank stawia do dyspozycji Kredytobiorcy kredyt w ciągu 7 dni od zawarcia umowy o udzielenie kredytu. b) Zabezpieczenie kredytu stanowić będzie weksel własny „in blanco” bez protestu wraz z deklaracją wekslową. c) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość wcześniejszej spłaty kredytu /bez konsekwencji finansowych, po uprzednim zawiadomieniu banku/ d) Nazwa i kod określony według Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV) dla niniejszego przedmiotu zamówienia: e) 66000000-0 – usługi finansowe i ubezpieczeniowe 66113000-5 - usługi udzielenia kredytu f) spłata kapitału następować będzie od miesiąca stycznia 2027 roku ( realizacja 179 miesięcy ), natomiast spłata odsetek obejmować będzie okres 180 miesięcy
