Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wybór Partnerów Finansujących (PF) świadczących na rzecz Zamawiającego usługi polegające na zarządzaniu funduszem szczegółowym tworzonym w celu udzielania preferencyjnych pożyczek na dostępność dla przedsiębiorstw w ramach projektu „Dostępność Plus - Europejskie pożyczki dla przedsiębiorców” w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego 2021-2027. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 4 części, z których każda stanowi odniesienie do alokacji środków, przeznaczonych na utworzenie funduszu szczegółowego w ramach części ogólnopolskiej (produkt będzie oferowany na terytorium całego kraju tj. 16 województw).
