Description
2. Wykonawca zapewnia: 1) Wykonawca w dniu dostawy, przeszkoli nieodpłatnie przyszłych użytkowników w zakresie eksploatacji i obsługi dostarczonego nowego specjalistycznego pojazdu pogrzebowego i zabudowy tego pojazdu. 2) Wykonawca gwarantuje, że przedmiot leasingu (nowy specjalistyczny pojazd pogrzebowy wraz z zabudowa pogrzebową, będący przedmiotem zamówienia) jest wolny od wad jakościowych, w tym konstrukcyjnych, materiałowych, wykonawczych a także wad prawnych. 3) W dniu odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca przekaże Zamawiającemu dokumenty określające warunki serwisowania, instrukcje obsługi, przegląd techniczny, dokumenty gwarancyjne, dowód rejestracyjny, dokumenty homologacyjne i certyfikat zgodności CE. 3. Warunki finansowania: 1) Zakup nowego specjalistycznego pojazdu pogrzebowego będzie finansowany przez Wykonawcę, zwanego również Finansującym. 2) Waluta umowy leasingu – PLN. 3) Okres leasingu operacyjnego – 72 miesiące. 4) Ilość rat – 71 równych miesięcznych rat.
