Description
Wykonawca zapewnia: 1) Wykonawca w dniu dostawy, przeszkoli nieodpłatnie przyszłych użytkowników w zakresie eksploatacji i obsługi dostarczonych nowych samochodów dostawczych typu brygadówka i zabudowy tych pojazdów. 2) Wykonawca gwarantuje, że przedmiot leasingu (nowe samochody dostawcze - brygadówki, będące przedmiotem zamówienia) są wolne od wad jakościowych, w tym konstrukcyjnych, materiałowych, wykonawczych a także wad prawnych. 3) W dniu odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca przekaże Zamawiającemu dokumenty określające warunki serwisowania, instrukcje obsługi, przeglądy techniczny, dokumenty gwarancyjne, dowody rejestracyjny, dokumenty homologacyjne i certyfikat zgodności CE. 3. Warunki finansowania: 1) Zakup nowych samochodów dostawczych - brygadówek z zabudową typu wywrotka, będzie finansowany przez Wykonawcę, zwanego również Finansującym. 2) Waluta umowy leasingu – PLN. 3) Okres leasingu operacyjnego – 48 miesięcy. 4) Ilość rat – 47 równych miesięcznych rat.
