Description
Opis: Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz gospodarki szkółkarskiej i nasiennictwa, ochrony przyrody, pozyskania choinek i utrzymania infrastruktury turystycznej, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Wołów w roku 2027. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwości udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7) ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 „PZP"), w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego. Zakres rzeczowy usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówień, o których mowa w zdaniu poprzednim nie przekroczy 80% niniejszego zamówienia.
