Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz pozostałych prac z zakresu zagospodarowania lasu do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Warcino w roku 2027 oraz usługi z zakresu gospodarki łowieckiej obejmujące prace polegające na zagospodarowaniu obwodu łowieckiego nr 108 oraz organizacji polowań do wykonania na terenie OHZ Nadleśnictwa Warcino w roku łowieckim 2027/2028 oraz gospodarki łąkowo-rolnej obejmujące prace polegające na uprawie roli, łąk i pastwisk oraz gruntów uprawianych rolniczo do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Warcino.
