Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art.6 ust.1 ustawy z dnia 28.09.1991r. o lasach (tekst.jedn.DZ.U. z 2026r. poz. 663) obejmujący prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, przyrody, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, w tym obsługa dostrzegalni ppoż., pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz nasiennictwa, utrzymania obiektów leśnych do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Gubin w roku 2027. Planowana data rozpoczęcia i zakończenia realizacji umowy: 02.01.2027-31.12.2027r. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art.214 ust.1 pkt.7) PZP, w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego. Zakres rzeczowy usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówień, o których mowa w zdaniu poprzednim, nie przekroczy 50% wartości niniejszego zamówienia
