Description
Usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, ochrony przyrody, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz zagospodarowania turystycznego, nasiennictwa i selekcji, ubocznego użytkowania lasu oraz utrzymania dróg leśnych, dojazdów pożarowych, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Mirosławiec w latach 2027-2028. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7) PZP, w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego oraz Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość zlecenia Wykonawcy dodatkowego zakresu rzeczowego w stosunku do każdej z pozycji Kosztorysu Ofertowego stanowiącego część Oferty („Opcja”) w wysokości do 30% Wynagrodzenia z dnia zawarcia Umowy.
