Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2026 r., poz. 663) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, utrzymania obiektów (turystycznych, dróg leśnych, miejsc postoju pojazdów) oraz gospodarki szkółkarskiej i nasiennictwa leśnego do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Gołąbki w roku 2027. Planowana data rozpoczęcia i zakończenia realizacji umowy: 02.01.2027 r. – 31.12.2027 r. Okres obowiązywania umowy będzie trwał od dnia zawarcia umowy do dnia 31.12.2027 r.. Jeżeli zawarcie umowy nastąpi wcześniej, niż przed dniem 02.01.2027 r., rozpoczęcie realizacji zamówienia nastąpi od dnia 02.01.2027 r.
