Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy odczynników laboratoryjnych wraz z dzierżawą analizatora do badań z zakresu immunochemii. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: a) dzierżawę analizatora do wykonywania badań z zakresu immunochemii wraz z wyposażeniem w okresie 24 miesięcy; b) sukcesywne dostawy odczynników, materiałów kontrolnych i materiałów zużywalnych do zaoferowanego analizatora w okresie 24 miesięcy c) dostarczenie pakietu startowego w celu uruchomienia analizatora zawierającego odczynniki i wszystkie inne materiały potrzebne do inicjacji oznaczeń dla testów 17-OHP i Androstendionu (po 1 opakowaniu każdego z parametrów); d) podłączenie analizatora do laboratoryjnego systemu informatycznego współpracującego z systemem szpitalnym (ProfLab-LIS/Clinninet-HIS); e) przeprowadzenia instruktażu wstępnego oraz przeszkolenie pracowników wskazanych przez Zamawiającego w zakresie prawidłowej eksploatacji wydzierżawionego analizatora; f) usługi serwisowe w okresie dzierżawy analizatora na zasadach…
