Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy kiuret odsysających, zestawów aspiracyjnych oraz szant poliuretanowych, które zostały podzielone na 2 (dwie) Części opisane w poniższej tabeli: NR CZĘŚCI OPIS CZĘŚCI - PRZEDMIOTU ZAMÓWIENIA cz 1 Zestaw aspiracyjny do kiurety odsysającej, kiureta odsysająca sztywna odgięta cz 2 Szanty poliuretanowe, Szanty poliuretanowe z balonikiem 2. Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowane wyroby medyczne były dopuszczone do obrotu na terenie RP zgodnie z ustawą o wyrobach medycznych. 3. Szczegółowe warunki wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia zostały opisane szczegółowo w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym oraz wzorze umowy o udzielenie zamówienia, które stanowią załączniki do SWZ.
