1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyrobów medycznych dla Wojewódzkiego Wielospecjalistycznego Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia jest zamówieniem prowadzonym w częściach i obejmuje 7 pakietów. Oferta dla swojej ważności w danym pakiecie musi być złożona na wszystkie pozycje.
