Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa do miejsca wskazanego przez Zamawiającego fabrycznie nowego, nieużywanego sprzętu medycznego. Zamawiający podzielił zamówienie na 2 części w postaci: Pakiet nr 1 1. Zestaw rektoskopowy – 1 szt. 2. Ligator hemoroidalny – 1 szt. Pakiet nr 2 1. Aparat do diatermii chirurgicznej z zestawem bipolarnym – 1 szt. 2. Stolik medyczny do diatermii chirurgicznej – 1 szt. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje montaż, uruchomienie oraz przeszkolenie pracowników Zamawiającego w zakresie praktycznej obsługi dostarczonego sprzętu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz graniczne parametry techniczne wymagane przez Zamawiającego zostały określone w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz szczegółowy oferty. Oferowany sprzęt musi spełniać wszystkie minimalne wymagania określone w załączniku, niespełnienie któregokolwiek z wymaganych parametrów skutkuje odrzuceniem oferty.
