1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest: Dostawa sprzętu medycznego w ramach Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej dla Zespołu Opieki Zdrowotnej, ul. Baczyńskiego 1, 55-200 Oława. 2. Zamówienie obejmuje swoim zakresem 5 części. Zadanie 1: Sprzęt anestezjologiczny Zadanie 2: Mobilna lampa zabiegowa Zadanie 3: Aparaty EKG Zadanie 4: Zestawy do znieczulenia Zadanie 5: Mobilny aparat rentgenowski 3. Ilości, charakterystykę oraz parametry techniczno-użytkowe przedmiotu zamówienia określono w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia – Załącznik nr 2-1 do 2-5 oraz Załącznikach nr 1, 5, 9 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (SWZ). 4. Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia powinien spełniać wymagania określone przez Zamawiającego w (jeżeli dotyczy): a) Ustawie o Wyrobach Medycznych z dnia 7.04.2022r.
