Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup tomografu komputerowego dla Szpitalnego Oddziału Ratunkowego. 2. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. Oferta winna być pełna i powinna spełniać szczegółowe wymagania określone w SWZ i jej załącznikach. 3. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawarte zostały w SWZ i załącznikach, w szczególności w: 1) Formularzu cenowo - asortymentowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 1a do SWZ; 2) Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy z załącznikami, stanowiący Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Dodatkowo Zamawiający zamieszcza rysunek pn. fragment rzutu parteru - sala na tomograf komputerowy, stanowiący załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. Rysunek ma charakter poglądowy i służy zobrazowaniu lokalizacji pomieszczenia, w którym planowane jest zainstalowanie tomografu komputerowego. 4. Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie tzw. procedury odwróconej, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy PZP.
