Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa aparatury i sprzętu na potrzeby realizacji świadczeń medycznych w WOMP CPL – 8 części. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 8 części: Część 1 – Zestaw do prób wysiłkowych serca Część 2 – Aparat OCT – optyczny tomograf koherentny Część 3 – Aparat do terapii TECAR Część 4 – Wirówka laboratoryjna Część 5 – Mikroskop hematologiczny Część 6 – Myjnia dezynfektor Część 7 – Rektoskop Część 8 – Stół zabiegowy 2. W ramach realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do: a) dostarczenia aparatury medycznej stanowiącej przedmiot umowy wraz z wymaganymi w SWZ dokumentami do siedziby Zamawiającego, b) montażu aparatury medycznej we wskazanym przez Zamawiającego miejscu, c) instalacji i uruchomienia aparatury medycznej oraz potwierdzenia sprawności dostarczonych urządzeń, d) przeprowadzenia instruktażu personelu Zamawiającego w zakresie obsługi i racjonalnej eksploatacji dostarczonej aparatury medycznej, e) dostarczenia wraz z aparaturą medyczną…
