Przedmiotem postępowania jest dostawa aparatury medycznej oraz części zużywalnych do badania klinicznego. Projekt finansowany ze środków budżetu państwa od Agencji Badań Medycznych, numer Projektu 2025/ABM/01/00044 „Niekomercyjne, randomizowane, kontrolowane badanie kliniczne III Fazy typu head to head, oceniające efektywność i bezpieczeństwo zastosowania tirzepatydu i/lub intensywnej insulinoterapii w modelu ciągłego podskórnego wlewu insuliny z wykorzystaniem automatycznego, zaawansowanego hybrydowego systemu zamkniętej pętli u pacjentów z przewlekle niewyrównaną cukrzycą typu 1 i współistniejącą nadwagą lub chorobą otyłościową oraz towarzyszącymi zaburzeniami neuropsychiatrycznymi.” Strony, zgodnie z art. 455 ust. 1 pkt. 1) ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych ustalają, że zmiana umowy może nastąpić wg niżej określonych zasad i warunków: 1) nastąpiła zmiana stawki podatku VAT i/lub podatku akcyzowego - dla Stron wiążąca będzie stawka VAT obowiązująca w dniu wystawienia faktury, a…
