1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup, montaż i uruchomienie sprzętu medycznego. 2. Zamówienie jest realizowane w ramach Projektu Grantowego realizowanego w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego 2021-2027 współfinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego Plus: „Dostępność Plus dla AOS”. Numer projektu grantowego: FERS.03.07-IP.07-0001/23 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ tj. w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, zwanym dalej Opisem wymaganych parametrów technicznych lub „OWPT”, który stanowi jej integralną część. 4. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 7 części tj.: Część nr 1: plan tyflograficzny, Część nr 2: wyświetlacz recepcyjny, Część nr 3: pętla indukcyjna, Część nr 4: lupa elektroniczna / powiększalnik, Część nr 5: wózek inwalidzki, Część nr 6: stolik do badania niemowląt, Część nr 7: aparat USG, 5.
