Description
1.Przedmiot zamówienia: dostawa, instalacja i wdrożenie kostno-płucnego cyfrowego aparatu RTG wraz z wyposażeniem, przygotowaniem projektu osłon radiologicznych oraz wraz z przeszkoleniem personelu medycznego i technicznego oraz udzieleniem gwarancji, a także dokonanie prac adaptacyjnych pracowni. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera SWZ wraz z załącznikami, w szczególności z OPZ (parametry techniczne) i PPU. 3.Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. 4.Miejsce realizacji zamówienia: Narodowy Instytut Geriatrii, Reumatologii i Rehabilitacji. 5.Szczegółowe zagadnienia dotyczące terminu wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia, sposobu dostawy, przeszkolenia personelu zamawiającego oraz wykonania prac adaptacyjnych określa PPU i OPZ (parametry techniczne). Zamawiający zakłada realizację dostawy oraz prac adaptacyjnych w terminie do 12 tygodni od dnia zawarcia umowy.
